The one day on-site consultation is designed for those practices that are not ready to commit to a full three-day on-site consultation but wish to "test the waters." The consultant will arrive the night before the consult. The following morning a breakfast meeting will be held with the practice owners to determine the goals and anticipations of the consultation. After the meeting everyone will proceed to the practice where the consultant will perform an operational audit. An operational audit is a comprehensive review of the practice and its management activities; it is like a comprehensive physical exam you perform on a patient, only we perform one on your practice. Once the "exam" is completed, a business plan will be devised. This plan is specific to your practice and will address and help rectify the problems that were revealed by the audit.
