Maximize Doctors' Recommendations
The Exam Room Experience is a plan for total exam room success and well being. Practicing veterinarians are encouraged to use time and cost saving measures, however, the reason they chose the profession was simply to care for pets. This is where communications among the pet parent, the pet, and the veterinarian becomes so important. Now we can achieve both goals.
Each doctor receives individualized coaching involving:

• Production numbers
• Communication analysis and style
• Exam room coaching
• Action plan for success

Achieve Healthy Income
An action plan will be created for each doctor and the hospital. The design of the plan is to enhance patient care, client compliance, satisfaction and peace of mind, as well as doctor confidence and production. This ultimately will lead to an increase in overall hospital revenue and well being.

On-Site Consultation Fees
On-site exam room consultations are billed at a rate of $11,500 plus expenses for the initial services consisting of one evening meeting and one day with up to 3 doctors. Each additional day (up to 3 doctors per day) is billed at $4,000 plus expenses. Fee includes doctors' seminar, financial analysis, written report and recommendations.
