The Telephone Skills Assessment Service evaluates the effectiveness of your
team members answering the telephone. We'll make random phone calls to your practice
and then provide you with direction on what you can do to improve your practice's
telephone communication, marketing skills and perception of value. Haven't you always
wondered what is actually said during those phone conversations? Well, now you can find
out! Let VMC call your practice as a potential client would and evaluate your team
members' telephone effectiveness.
All calls will be made using predetermined scenarios and will evaluate the following:
- Number of rings before call is answered
- Hold time, if any
- Telephone greeting
- Communication skills of the team member
- Knowledge of the team member
- Marketing of services
- Ability to convert phone shoppers to a client
- Ability to encourage the scheduling of appointments
- Portrayal of your practice's perception of value
You will receive a complete assessment report from each call, telling you who
answered, what was said and what recommendations we have. Each call is digitally
recorded and a link will be available on the assessment so that you are able to hear
each call, share it with the team member, and provide a coaching experience as guided
by our recommendations.

Snapshot Option
- A One-time analysis of your practice's telephone communication skills.
- 6 calls will be made to your practice at various times of the day during a two week period of time.
- You will receive the call assessments and a summary report after all six calls are completed.
- Electronic recording of the conversations for your review.
- A good way to see if your team is performing as you would hope!

Comprehensive Option: One Year
- An On-going twelve month analysis of your practice's telephone communication skills.
- 2 calls will be made to your practice at various times of the day over a month. Overall, 24 calls will be conducted.
- You will receive call assessments and a summary report each quarter.
- Electronic recording of the conversations for your review.
- A great way to put training in place and assess it's effectiveness over time!
