Smart Moves for Technicians
Achieving Five Star Service at Your Veterinary Practice
A One Day Program For Veterinary Technicians & Assistants
Presented by: Sheila Grosdidier, BS, RVT
So often, a large percentage of client interaction at the veterinary practice
lies in the hands of our capable veterinary technicians and assistants. We depend
on them in so many ways to implement the medical aspects of the practice, but do
we adequately train on the more "business" aspects of the practice? If not, we
are missing out on an important opportunity to dramatically improve our customer
service, create higher customer loyalty and increase our revenues. Here’s just a
sampling of what you’ll learn at this seminar:
- You’ll learn how to read your clients' body language and discover their
communication styles, so that you can talk to them in a way that they’ll hear
you better
- You’ll learn the overwhelming value of providing simple visuals in the exam
room and on your paperwork
- You’ll be shown ways to create internal work satisfaction and improve the
working atmosphere at your practice
- You’ll learn new ways to improve your team work, reduce conflict and get
the feedback you want from your employer
- You’ll explore new digital technologies that will create extraordinary
client bonding
- You’ll learn techniques for staying on top of medical advances without
spending hours and hours reading
- You’ll be given specific tools to increase your exam room efficiency and
effectiveness, with access to a special website with all the tools ready for
you to customize for your practice
