TUITION FEE: The seminar fee is $595 per person; Registration is limited and advance registration is required. The fee includes all workbook materials, seminar instruction, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Wednesday and breakfast and lunch on Thursday. Please note that the registration fee does not include lodging or parking expenses. Tuition fee is stated in US Dollars.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: All registrants will receive a confirmation and receipt within three business days of receipt of registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your registration up to 14 business days before the seminar. Your registration fee will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge. Cancellations 14 days or less before the event will forfeit your tuition. You are responsible for your own lodging reservations.

    • 8:00am Registration and Breakfast
    • 9:00am Program Starts
    • 12:00pm Lunch
    • 5:00pm Dinner (We are planning on your attendance at this meal function as part of your participation in the course as an opportunity to network with your peers and discuss topics with the consultants. If you have special dietary requirements, please call us at least one week in advance.)
    • 7:00pm Adjourned for evening
  • Thursday:
    • 7:00am Breakfast
    • 8:00am Program Starts
    • 12:00pm Lunch
    • 4:00pm Conclusion

HOTEL INFORMATION: Please contact the hotel directly for room reservations. A limited number of rooms have been held on a first-come, first-served basis for VMC participants for Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The deadline for ROOM reservations is listed below for each hotel, however there may not be any rooms left in the block by those deadlines - don't wait!

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS (RACE APPROVAL): This course has been submitted but not yet approved for 11 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions which recognize AAVSB RACE Approval; however, participants should be aware that some boards have limitations on the number of hours accepted in certain categories and/or restrictions on certain methods of delivery of continuing education.
