TUITION FEE: The seminar fee is $595 per person; Registration is limited and advance registration is required. The fee includes all workbook materials, seminar instruction, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and breakfast and lunch on Thursday. Please note that the registration fee does not include lodging or parking expenses. Tuition fee is stated in US Dollars.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: All registrants will receive a confirmation and receipt within three business days of receipt of registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your registration up to 14 business days before the seminar. Your registration fee will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge. Cancellations 14 days or less before the event will forfeit your tuition. You are responsible for your own lodging reservations.

HOTEL INFORMATION: Please contact the hotel directly for room reservations. A limited number of rooms have been held on a first-come, first-served basis for VMC participants for Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The deadline for ROOM reservations is listed below for each hotel, however there may not be any rooms left in the block by those deadlines - don't wait!

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS (RACE APPROVAL): This course has been approved for 11 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions which recognize AAVSB RACE Approval; however, participants should be aware that some boards have limitations on the number of hours accepted in certain categories and/or restrictions on certain methods of delivery of continuing education.
