Dealing With Difficult Clients (& Team Members) at the Veterinary Practice

Presented by: Mark Opperman, CVPM and Sheila Grosdidier, BS, RVT, MCP, PHR

You asked for it, here it is! In response to your frequent requests, Mark Opperman and Sheila Grosdidier have designed a seminar specifically for Veterinary team members on how to deal with difficult clients and team members. You will learn how to:

  • Respond to difficult people and learn five immediate methods to change the way you approach angry clients and your team members.
  • Deal! If they are angry, indecisive, overwhelmed, condescending, picky, demanding, or just plain a pain, explore new ways to manage the situation with professionalism and poise.
  • Learn three new ways to improve your telephone presence. Also, see what your options are with communication through email, Twitter, Facebook and other social media.
  • See how real world clinic experiences were solved. You will be able submit your client or team situations for problem solving and discussion.
  • Take home the 12 tools you don't know how you lived without at your practice.
  • Protect yourself and your practice from clients or team members who go too far! Bad online reviews, threats, and potentially dangerous behavior - be prepared to manage these concerns before they happen.
And much, much more!

Come learn how to deal with difficult clients and team members. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and talk to the experts. You will leave the seminar with a web site to download tools, articles and a community to share your experiences. It is sure to be a very valuable day for you and for your practice.
