VMC offers Comprehensive Team Training and Practice Management Education for Your Veterinary Practice

VMC has been providing outstanding continuing education seminars for the veterinary industry for over 20 years now. We take pride in providing practical and dynamic team training in an enthusiastic and compelling manner. From perennial favorites like It's What's Up Front That Counts and More! to our latest addition, Dealing With Difficult Clients (& Team Members) at the Veterinary Practice, you'll find the information timely, useful and ready to be put to work at your practice

We strive to maintain the highest standards in presenter excellence. Our speakers are some of the best in the business. You'll see Mark Opperman, Sheila Grosdidier and Monica Dixon Perry speaking at the best veterinary conferences in the United States and as honored guest speakers in other countries such as Japan, Australia, Portugal and England. Their combined experience in this industry is unparalleled and all are busy in the field as consultants, so they know what's happening in the real world of veterinary practice management. You don't get a bunch of pie-in-the-sky theory when you attend a VMC seminar - you'll get practical methods and useful forms to make the ideas we give you WORK for you. We are dedicated to your success and the success of the veterinary industry as a whole. From one-doctor start-up clinics to established, growing multi-doctor/multi-facility hospitals, let VMC help you take your practice to the next level of success!

Management Education
In 2010, VMC is pleased to announce the return of OPB (Our Personal Best). This 3 day conference/retreat was last held in 2005 and offers cutting edge practice management education and consultation. Lectures, interactive sessions and one-on-one consultations make this your "2010 Must Do" conference if you are a practice owner and/or practice manager. Held at the sumptuous Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, this is not to be missed!

VMC offers two comprehensive two-day Boot Camps: HR Boot Camp for the Veterinary Practice and Financial Boot Camp; as well as a full-day seminar on essentials for office managers, team leaders and new practice managers called Principles of Veterinary Practice Management. If you are looking for even more in-depth practice management education, please refer to our VMC School for Veterinary Practice Management, an advanced week-long school for practice managers.

Comprehensive Team Training
Your healthcare team needs practice management CE too! As the first and last impression at your practice, the customer service skills, team work, efficiency, and communication skills of your entire team are imperative to the success of your practice. Send your team to either of our seminars, It's What's Up Front That Counts and More! or Dealing With Difficult Clients and see an immediate improvement in your team's motivation and client satisfaction!
