Monica Dixon Perry, CVPM
Mrs. Perry has been involved in the field of Veterinary Medicine for over 24 years. She earned her B.S. degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has since completed the VMC, Inc. School of Veterinary Practice Management and has been awarded the designation of Certified Veterinary Practice Manager.

Monica managed a successful full-service, small animal eastern and western medicine, seven day a week, nine-doctor veterinary practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. In her position as hospital administrator with Bowman Animal Hospital & Cat Clinic, Inc., Mrs. Perry managed every aspect of the hospital's operations. Her management approach allowed the practice to have a world-class, dynamic health care team that enhanced the care and service provided to both patients and clients.

She has lectured at several national veterinary conferences and vet schools as well as internationally. She has been quoted in numerous publications and written several veterinary management articles.

As a consultant and speaker with VMC, Monica presents a seminar entitled Principles of Veterinary Practice Management throughout the United States. Monica is an active member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association and the Carolina Veterinary Managers Association.

Monica resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her supportive and loving husband and their daughter. They also have an American Cocker Spaniel, Miles.
